Your email address when you sign up, and, for paid plans, billing details that are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers. If you use the member dashboard we also store: one-time sign-in links (stored scrambled, expire in 15 minutes), a sign-in session cookie (lasts up to 30 days, removed when you sign out), and the tickers you request with their dates and status.
To send the emails you signed up for, send sign-in links when you ask for one, deliver the ticker levels you request, manage your plan, and answer you. We do not sell your email address.
We use Resend to send member email (including sign-in links), Beehiiv to send the free newsletter, Stripe for checkout, billing, sales tax and plan status (Stripe acts as the merchant of record for paid plans through Stripe Managed Payments and handles payments under its own privacy policy), and Cloudflare to host this site, the dashboard and stored requests, and to forward mail sent to our @levelsledger.com addresses. They process data on our behalf.
The member dashboard uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in; it is not used for advertising. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and our emails do not track opens or clicks.
Unsubscribe or cancel anytime from the link in any email. Ask us to delete your data at [email protected], or write to Levels Ledger LLC, 17264 San Carlos Blvd Unit 302 PMB 1018, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931, United States · (786) 708-1785.
Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes; sessions after 30 days. Ticker requests are kept while your account is active so the dashboard and history work; we delete them on request.
This service is not for anyone under 18.
