Levels Ledger publishes general market information about options-derived price levels (caps, support zones, floors, magnets and walls) and grades each level against the regular-session close. The same levels go to everyone on a plan.
Nothing we publish is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not know your situation and do not tailor content to anyone. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
Levels are built from data that is delayed at least 15 minutes. We make no claim of real-time data. Information may be incomplete, late or wrong, and is provided as is without warranty.
The public record shows hits, misses and pushes under a fixed grading rule. Past results don't predict future results.
Paid plans (Standard and Pro) are billed monthly through our payment processor (Stripe). Founding prices (Standard $19/mo, regular $29/mo; Pro $35/mo, regular $49/mo) are locked for as long as the subscription stays active. You can cancel anytime from the link in any email or from your member dashboard; access runs to the end of the paid period. Refunds: you can cancel anytime, and access continues through the end of the month you have paid for. We do not give partial or prorated refunds.
Paid members can sign in to a member dashboard using a one-time link sent to their checkout email; keep access to that inbox secure. Standard includes 3 ticker requests a month (levels refreshed on the dashboard each trading morning through that Friday, plus one email the next trading morning); Pro includes 10 a month on a watchlist refreshed and emailed each trading morning through month end or until removed. Unused requests do not roll over. Each paid member gets 2 swaps per week (resetting Monday 12:00 AM ET); removing a ticker uses one swap and restores that request. Unused swaps do not roll over, and with no swaps left a ticker cannot be removed until the reset. Requested levels are the same for everyone who receives them and are not tailored to you. We may decline or delay a request (for example, thinly traded or unsupported symbols). Free subscribers may suggest tickers by replying to our public posts on X.
Paid content is for your personal use. Do not resell, republish or redistribute paid emails in full.

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
